Export your data
Download a ZIP with everything: clients, mockups, reports, questionnaires, files, settings. Standard formats — JSON for records, media in original formats.
Takes 5–20 minutes depending on workspace size. You'll get an email when ready.
Transfer ownership
Make someone else the Owner of this workspace. You become an Admin afterward.
Requires email confirmation from both you and the new owner.
Pause subscription
Keep your data accessible (read-only) but stop being billed. Clients can still view their portal but no new work is possible.
Resume anytime within 90 days. After that, the workspace cancels automatically.
Cancel subscription
Stop billing immediately. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days, then is permanently deleted unless you reactivate.
Client work in progress stays visible to clients in read-only too — you may want to communicate first.
Delete workspace immediately
Permanently destroys all clients, mockups, reports, files, and settings. Cannot be undone — there is no recovery window.
Requires typing the workspace name + email verification. Approval certificates are preserved per legal retention.
