By creating a Linenform account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't create an account.
These terms govern your use of Linenform's hosted application, available at linenform.com and any subdomains operated by us.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating in a professional capacity (independent designer, agency owner, agency team member). Linenform is not designed for personal or consumer use.
You are responsible for all activity on your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Keep your credentials confidential.
Linenform is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing for current plans is available at linenform.com/pricing. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Trials are billed-card-free for 14 days. After the trial, your subscription begins on the plan you select. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing.
Don't use Linenform to send spam, abuse clients, distribute malware, or commit fraud. Don't reverse-engineer our software or scrape the application. Don't try to access another tenant's data.
Bilingual content (EN + PT-BR) is supported throughout; other locales may be added but aren't guaranteed.
You own your content. Mockups, reports, brand assets, questionnaire responses, and any files you or your clients upload remain your property. We grant ourselves only a narrow license to host, display, and back up your content as required to provide the service.
Approval snapshots and audit trails are preserved in their original form for legal defensibility, even after subscription ends.
