— Section 1 —

What data we collect.

We collect only what's necessary to run Linenform: your name and email, the content you and your clients create (mockups, reports, files, messages), and operational data like IP addresses and browser type used for security and audit logs.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train AI models.

— Section 2 —

How we use it.

We use your data to provide the service you've signed up for: hosting your workspace, processing payments, delivering email notifications, and generating PDFs and other artifacts you request.

We also use aggregated, anonymous usage data to improve product quality — for example, knowing which features are most used or where users get stuck.

— Section 3 —

Who we share it with.

We rely on a small set of carefully chosen sub-processors. Each is contractually bound to handle your data per GDPR + CCPA standards.

Supabase Database, authentication, and file storage
Netlify Application hosting and edge CDN
Resend Transactional email delivery
Stripe Payment processing (we never see card data)
Google OAuth sign-in provider (only if you choose it)
— Section 4 —

How long we keep it.

While your subscription is active, we keep your data as long as you need it. After cancellation, you have 30 days to reactivate or export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from production systems within 7 days; backup tapes are rotated out within 90 days.

Approval snapshots and audit trails — designed for legal defensibility — are preserved for the lifetime of the project, even after the rest of your data is deleted.

— Section 5 —

Your rights.

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. Most of this is available directly in Settings. For anything you can't do yourself, email adriano@linenform.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
